Beetroot is the real MVP here, lending it’s vibrancy to make this kraut a beautiful and potent hue of pink.

As well as being an excellent colouring agent, Beets are rich in folate, potassium, iron and fibre.

Beetroot are also known as being a natural blood purifier. They can assist in lowering blood pressure and help the blood hold oxygen. And last but not least Beetroot can help detoxify the liver; helpful if you have had IV intervention during childbirth. What a superior veg!

Naturally occurring probiotics, like those created when making kraut from scratch, are responsible for a maintaining a healthy gut. When consumed regularly, this kraut can assist in creating a diversity of bacteria in your gut flora (which can be especially essential to repopulate after a round of antibiotics).

250g serve packaged in a reusable/recyclable glass jar.

Storage:

Keep refrigerated. Best consumed within a month. Use a clean utensil every time you dig in.

Serving suggestion:

This kraut is a great accompaniment to our Organic Chicken Liver Pate or our Roasted Garlic and White Bean Dip.

Otherwise add a generous forkful to your salad, sandwich or as a condiment to the meat & 3 veg meals you have on rotation.
