These Lentil Patties are packed with plant powered protein and loads of fresh herbs.
Creamy Black Tahini Hummus is brimming with postpartum goodness, black sesame has long been used in Chinese medicine as a lactation aid, it is loaded with B vitamins, iron and calcium and magnesium.
Our Quinoa Tabbouleh brings more protein to the table and another dose of fresh herbs. Our Lentil Patties are to be served over a bed of Cauliflower Rice and pops of fresh pickles give this Falafel bowl a punch of pizazz.
Place Lentil Patties on a tray in the oven to reheat - we recommend 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes or until hot. Heat the Cauliflower/Brown Rice in a pan with a your choice of oil until warm & cooked through. Place Lentil Patties atop the Cauliflower/Brown Rice. Top with lemon tahini sauce, tabbouleh and pickles. Enjoy the Hummus on the side as a dip, or on the bottom of the plate.
