We’ve paired this meaty, protein packed Chili with cauliflower rice to up your vegetable quota. Cauliflower is high in fibre, vitamin C, vitamin K and contains choline, an important postpartum nutrient important for memory and sleep.

Heat Chili Con Carne in a pot with a touch of water until hot. Heat the Cauliflower/Brown Rice in a pan with a your choice of oil until warm & cooked through. Place Chili Con Carne atop the Cauliflower/Brown Rice and top with the Guacamole and Pico di Gallo.
Keep refrigerated. Freeze what you will not consume within one week (pork & cauliflower/brown rice portions only).
