An earthy tasting broth full of plant goodness, we’ve amped up the standard veggie broth with the help of dried mushroom, seaweed and jujube fruit. With a beautiful umami flavour this broth can be sipped on its own or used in your cooking.
Mushrooms are great for boosting immune system, and are rich in vitamin B vitamins. Jubjube fruit, or the Chinese red date has been used in postpartum Chinese medicine for centuries, believed to be warming, full of antioxidants and help boost circulation.
Seaweed is an excellent source of iodine, among many other trace minerals. It is excellent for postpartum mothers to rebuild mineral supplies and support thyroid health.
